Work is no longer one-size-fits-all. It’s personal. And in the digital age it can be designed to fit around life so that everyone is included in work
That’s why we’ve created the Workstyle Awards 2025 - a brand new celebration of the people and organisations leading the charge and reshaping how they work in order to create a happier, more fulfilled society through a world of work without bias.
On 14 October 2025 in London, we’ll be bringing together pioneers, employers, researchers, and community champions to shine a spotlight on the stories that show just how powerful personalised working can be.
The 7 Award Categories
We know there’s no single way to ‘do’ workstyle—so we’re recognising impact across a range of contributions:
Leader of the Year – recognition for demonstrating commitment to the workstyle philosophy and embodying the values of workstyle within their team and through setting an inspiring example for others to follow.
Employer of the Year – recognition for an organisation that shows commitment to workstyle, inspires change and champions personalised working for all.
Workstyle Story Award – recognition for someone who has overcome challenges - of any sort - and found new and innovative ways to fit their work around their life, this person will have a workstyle story that needs to be recognised and can inspire others about the power of working this way.
‘Geek Box’ Award – recognition for an academic, team or institution who has provided a considerable impact and contribution towards the setup of powerful research to inspire others about workstyle working.
Community Member of the Year – recognition for a member of the Workstyle Revolution Slack community for someone who goes the extra mile to connect with others, expand our reach, stretch our thinking or spread the word of Workstyle.
Volunteer of the Year – recognition for the contribution of one of our many volunteers who deliver incredible work behind the scenes to support all aspects of workstyle and to maximise the positive impact we can have on the world.
And because some people go further still, there’s also our Above and Beyond Award to honour someone consistently pushing the boundaries of what workstyle can achieve and supporting us in our mission.
