Adapting to win in the digital age of work.
A call out for organisations to take part in a landmark research study.
With high churn and employee burnout plaguing many sectors and organisations, it is clear that we need to find a better way of doing things. But it can be hard to know where to start.
By signing up your organisation to be part of the new, groundbreaking Workstyle Monitor research project, you will be at the forefront of employee wellbeing and productivity research. You will join a passionate group of people determined to improve the world of work based on quantitative data- not driven by vibes, ego or fear of change.
This ambitious 5-year longitudinal study, will provide annual insights into what organisational behaviours have the most positive impact on employee wellbeing, productivity and inclusion.
The link between autonomy and productivity is well established, but how do you structure for increased personalisation at work effectively?
What employer behaviours drive deeper employee engagement?
What ways of working drive greater productivity and inclusion?
The Workstyle Monitor will assess different dimensions of day-to-day work that impact autonomy and trust at work, and will look at this data in order to understand associated impacts on employee wellbeing, productivity and inclusion. It will get under the skin of what is helping and/or hindering different sectors and organisations from becoming successful digital age employers.
We are recruiting participant organisations to become a part of the study across the full five years. If you have read this far, this might well be something that you are interested in your organisation being a part of. To help your decide, here are answers to frequently asked questions we’re already had from potential participant organisations:
Is there any cost involved in participating in the research?
No, there is no cost for participating and no limit on the number of employees who take part from your organisation - the more employees who take part the better.
Is there a minimum number of people from our organisation that would need to take part?
No, there is no minimum.
If more than 100 employees from your organisation take part, you will receive top-line anonymised insights specific to your organisation each year.
How long will it take to fill out the survey?
The exact length of the survey is something we will be confirming in the coming weeks, but it should take no more than 30 minutes of each employee’s time for each survey.
What is the planned frequency of the surveys?
There will be two annual waves of data collection. The survey will be open for a four week period for each wave, and the same period will be used for each subsequent wave for the five year duration of the study.
What questions/subject areas will the survey cover?
The survey will contain a core set of questions that participants will be asked at each wave to measure their perception of:
Ways of Working
Autonomy and trust
Wellbeing
Personal productivity
Inclusion
In addition to these core questions, sponsors may add a small selection of their own questions in the relevant sections of the survey. These will also come at the end, after the core questions, to ensure consistent flow across the years
What is the benefit to my organisation?
Being a recognised participant in a landmark piece of research, named in the annual research report each year, and celebrated at the highest level including invitations to events at the UK Houses of Parliament
Early access to the research findings and insights.
If 100+ of your employees participate, you receive a bespoke top-line anonymised report specific to your organisation, offering a robust and free way to gain insights into the ways of working, wellbeing, productivity and inclusion of your employees.
